What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is available until 12:00 PM, Bali time. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to relax at our restaurant or lounge while waiting for your room to be ready.
Is breakfast included with the room?
Breakfast inclusion depends on your selected room rate. Please review the rate details or contact our team before booking.
Can the hotel arrange airport transportation?
Yes, we can help arrange airport transfers upon request. Additional charges may apply. Please contact our Hotel Admin via WhatsApp in advance to arrange your airport pickup or drop-off.
How can I book hotel activities?
We offer a variety of activities and experiences around Kintamani, including Mount Batur hiking, Jeep tours, ATV rides, transportation, and more. If you have any questions about our activities or would like to make a booking, please contact our Hotel Admin via WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to help you arrange your preferred activity.
Are children welcome at El Lago Hotel?
Yes. Room capacity and additional child charges vary by room type, so please include every guest when searching for a room.
Do you have an elevator?
No, El Lago Hotel currently does not have an elevator. All guest rooms are accessible by stairs. If you have any mobility concerns or need assistance with your luggage, please let our team know before your arrival.
What type of beds do you provide?
Our rooms are equipped with king-size and queen-size beds. We currently do not provide twin beds.
Can I request an extra bed?
Extra beds are only available for the Gunung Agung room type. For other rooms, additional guests are strictly limited (max +1 person for Gunung Batur & Bukit Abang, and infants only for Danau Batur). Please contact our Admin via WhatsApp for full details and charges.
Do you provide baby cots or cribs?
Baby cots/cribs may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Please contact our Hotel Admin via WhatsApp before your arrival to arrange one.
Can I bring my pet?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed at El Lago Hotel.
Do you have a swimming pool or gym?
Currently, El Lago Hotel does not have a swimming pool or gym.

Yes, room service is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
